1. So many books! So little time!

    I’m a book nerd, I always have a book (or two) on me, no matter where I am. It’s been over a year since I started this blog, and it has been wonderful. This is a place for my reviews of the books I’ve read and the bookish things I find. 

    I’m currently employed by a publisher, however, all views expressed on this blog are my own and in no way influenced by my employer.

    How I Review

    I write my reviews based on a very loose system. My aim is to give my honest opinion in a constructive way. Since I’m reading and experiencing the book through my eyes, my experience and reaction to what I read might be vastly different from yours. I review based on how real the characters feel to me and the way the narrative captured me. 

    The reason for this site is not to dissuade you from reading books - even if I didn’t have a great reading experience - it’s for you to be aware of what’s out there.

    What I Review

    The majority of the books on this site were either purchase by me or given by friends. The ARCs I do have I received from BEA, publishers, authors and NetGalley (mostly). At the moment, I’m no longer accepting new books, as I have a  pile of books to go through and my busy season is coming up in the fall. The books in line for review are on my Review List.

    I am not paid to review, this is done on my own time. However, I do have an Amazon Associates account. All links to Amazon are tracked under that account. Any money gained goes towards giveaways. If you have chosen to support this site by utilizing those links, I thank you.
